We were invited to attend the Spring Wedding Fayre at the
beautiful Barn at Upcote, A beautifully laid out barn conversion on the
outskirts of Cheltenham.
It was a gloriously sunny morning (if a little breezy) and the perfect
conditions (visually) to demonstrate the Cotswold stone buildings in all their
glory.
The fayre featured a host of wedding suppliers from photographers to pianists, outfitters to florists. The event was a chance for perspective couples to meet with experienced suppliers for inspiration and advice as part of their preparations.
We were set up in the bar area, along with Party Foto Pods Photo Booths, and Vikki Kelly Photography.
As the doors opened, the guests arrived to a goody bag and a welcome drink. There was gentle background music provided by Joe Pike, Paella and Ice cream was served in the corner with great humour and enthusiasm by McBaile Exclusive catering.
There was a flurry of activity throughout the afternoon with couples getting acquainted with the venue and finding more about the services on offer.
It was a faced paced, but fun afternoon. I was thrilled to have been a part of it. All the suppliers were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The staff at the Barn at Upcote were a total delight and a pleasure to work with.
